1. Description of the methods for collection/generation of data: 

A feeding trial was carried out on the Chelon labrossum fed with feed supplemented at 5% and 15% with Rugulopteryx okamurae algae extract. After 30 days of feeding, the expression of different genes in liver, intestine and head kidney was evaluated.The data were processed using the PLAFF method and obtained the fold change value.
